As your Internet provider, Tachus wants to give you the simplest and most secure user experience possible when using our service. To achieve this, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new customer portal!

The my.tachus.com portal is where you can access and make changes to your Tachus account. You will be able to view or edit your personal and login information, as well as email notification settings. You will also be able to use it to create and view your support cases, as well as view your billing information going forward.

If you are a customer or depositor and you missed our activation email, all you need to do to gain access is set a new password, which can be done quickly and painlessly by clicking below to view the new portal. You will be asked to select and confirm a new password as well as a new security question.

Once your password is reset, you will be able to login and access the portal homepage as seen below. If you are experiencing any issues, try clicking "Forgot your password" to be sent a password recovery link to your email address.

From there, you will be able to use the new portal for all of your support and billing needs.
