Tachus reserves the right to disconnect service for nonpayment. Customers are notified via email about a delinquent account. If the account is still delinquent by the 15th of the billing month, service will be disconnected by Tachus and the fiber modem will be scheduled to be picked up or the customer will be billed accordingly. Reconnected fees may apply.

Subject to applicable law your deposit will be credited back to your account. Refunds can not be given for the prior month of service. To cancel service and not be billed for the next month, the customer must cancel on or before the last day of the previous billing cycle. If a refund is in order, the amount will be applied to any and all open invoices before being refunded.

We will disclose your Personal Information when required to do so by law or subpoena.

Opting Out Of Certain Marketing Communication

Third parties may provide services to Tachus customers through our Internet. Tachus, LLC is not responsible for the content or privacy of any third party, or for any liability for the actions, products, and contents offered by third party content, applications, service, and device providers.
